These terms apply to training, consults, daycare, and boarding with Elite Training Centers, LLC, 278 Oakwood Drive, Glastonbury, CT 06033. By booking a service with us, you agree to them.
Our Services
- Board and Train, daycare, boarding, and day training take place at our Glastonbury facility.
- Private lessons and In-Home Consults take place in your home (or a park, the vet, or another agreed location) in Connecticut, New York, Rhode Island, or Massachusetts. We don’t offer group classes or private lessons at our facility.
- We use positive reinforcement, reward-based training.
Before Your Dog Starts
- Every new dog coming to our facility for daycare, boarding, day training, or Board and Train starts with a free Meet and Greet day, so we both know it’s the right fit.
- Dogs must be current on distemper, Bordetella, and rabies vaccines and registered in their home town. Puppies need their full series of three distemper shots plus rabies and Bordetella.
- An In-Home Consult is required before booking the 3 Week Custom Board and Train, 4 Week Rehab Board and Train, or our in-home reactive program.
Cases We Refer Out
We work with fear-based and general reactivity. We don’t take people aggression or dog aggression cases. If your dog’s needs are beyond what we handle, we’ll tell you upfront and refer you to a trusted specialist rather than take a booking that won’t work. Training builds real, lasting improvement, but no trainer can promise a specific result, and results depend on the practice your family keeps up at home.
Payment, Refunds, and Cancellations
Board and Train requires a 50% deposit at booking, with the balance due at drop-off. Consults, private lessons, day training, daycare packs, and boarding are paid at booking. Programs are refundable as long as training hasn’t started; Board and Train cancellations inside one week of the start date carry a $250 fee. Consults are non-refundable but credited in full toward any program booked within six months. Full details are on our Returns and Refund Policy page.
Drop-Off and Pickup
For daycare, boarding, and Board and Train: park in the front lot. Our entrance is around back, so call or text our pickup and drop-off line at 860-748-4712 when you arrive and we’ll come meet you. A leash is required at drop-off and pickup.
