Returns and Refund Policy for Elite Training Centers

Welcome to Elite Training Centers. We aim to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchases and experience. The following outlines our policies regarding returns and refunds.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items must be in new, unused condition and include all original packaging and accessories.
  • Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return unless defective.
  • Perishable goods, such as food, are not eligible for return.

2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Enrollment@EliteTrainingCenters.net.
  • Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Follow the instructions provided by our customer service team to complete your return.

3. Shipping for Returns

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is being returned due to a defect or an error on our part.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of high value.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. The time from which we refund a payment and when it is returned may vary by Bank.

5. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at Enrollment@EliteTrainingCenters.net.

6. Defective or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately with details of the product and the defect.
  • You may be required to return the item to us for inspection.

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods and personalized products (Including but limited to food, treats, special orders or customized items).

8. Sale Items

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded. All sales are final for any items put on sale or  clearance.
