This policy covers training, consults, daycare, and boarding booked with Elite Training Centers, LLC, 278 Oakwood Drive, Glastonbury, CT 06033. We go over it with every family at booking so nobody is surprised later.
Payment at Booking
- Board and Train: a 50% deposit holds your spot. The remaining 50% is due at drop-off, when the program starts.
- In-Home Consults: paid in full at booking ($500 in Connecticut, $600 out of state).
- Private lessons, day training, daycare packs, and boarding: paid at booking.
Refunds and Cancellations
- All training programs are refundable as long as training has not started.
- Board and Train: we need at least one week’s notice before your start date. Cancellations inside that week are subject to a $250 cancellation fee, deducted from your refund.
- Private lessons and day training: fully refundable with one week’s notice, as long as training hasn’t begun.
- In-Home Consults: non-refundable. The full consult fee becomes a credit toward any training program you book within six months of your consult date.

Second and each additional dog: 10% off, on any service.
