We use positive reinforcement techniques to encourage good behavior by rewarding dogs for making the right choices rather than punishing them for mistakes. This approach builds a strong bond between the dog and owner and promotes a love of learning.

Puppies can start learning basic commands as early as 8 weeks old. However, for more structured group classes, we recommend waiting until they are at least 4-6 months old to ensure they can handle the duration and focus required.

The duration of training depends on several factors including the dog’s age, temperament, and previous training, as well as the owner’s consistency and commitment. A basic obedience course usually runs for 6-8 weeks, but behavioral modification can take longer.

In our board and train program, your dog stays with us for a period of time, typically 2-4 weeks, receiving intensive training. This option is ideal for addressing specific behavioral issues or for owners who want to jumpstart their dog’s training.

Absolutely! We provide regular updates through emails, photos, and videos. Some trainers also offer private sessions during or at the end of the stay to show the progress and teach you how to continue the training at home.

Dogs are housed in a secure, comfortable environment and receive personalized attention and care. Our facilities are designed to keep your dog safe and stress-free, with daily routines including plenty of exercise, playtime, and rest. Every dog gets a GPS tracker tracking tag to ensure their safety during their stay to ensure their safety.

Group classes offer socialization opportunities with other dogs and people, teaching your dog to listen and follow commands despite distractions. It’s also a great way for owners to learn from others; experiences and questions.

To ensure personalized attention, we keep our classes small, usually 4-5 dogs per class. Each session lasts about an hour, typically running for 6-8 weeks.

For dogs that are reactive or anxious around others, we recommend starting with private sessions to address these issues before joining a group class. This ensures a positive experience for all participants.

Yes, we offer follow-up support via phone or email for any questions or concerns that may arise after training. Additionally, we provide advanced classes and refresher courses for ongoing learning.

Owners should bring a leash, 2-3 cups of treats, and a favorite toy. For group classes, please upload  proof of vaccinations to your customer portal for review.

You can book a session through our website or by contacting us directly. Payment policies vary, but typically a deposit is required to secure your spot, with the balance due at the start of training. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and cash and check.
